Marjorie E. Busz Conference Room: 70 Guest Capacity
$250.00 for five hours and $350.00 for eight hours, which includes set up and tear down. An additional $25.00 per hour fee after the five or eight hours. Rental fee must be paid two weeks prior to rental. A $100.00 security deposit must be paid upon signing of contract. Security deposit is not included in rental.
Marjorie E. Busz Wedding Chapel: 120 Guest Capacity
$350.00 which includes rehearsal, wedding, photo time, room set up, tear down and cleaning. Rental fee must be paid thirty days prior to rental. A security deposit of $100.00 must be paid upon signing of contract. Security deposit is not included in rental.

Tables & chairs are provided and set in place. Trash containers and liners are provided by HPSD/Old Mill.
All table service, serving items, paper products and/or miscellaneous items are to be provided by the renter or group using the facilities. Table linens are not provided. Table linens may be rented at an additional cost of $6.00 each and must be reserved two weeks in advance.
Catering services available upon request.
Outside catering must be approved by HPSD. Outside caterer must be a licensed food handler. A copy of the food handler license and certificate of insurance must be provided to HPSD/Old Mill two weeks in advance of renal. Renter may provide own food but assumes responsibility for any food issues that may arise. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on premises (see contract). Alcoholic beverages may not be sold by renter on premises (see contract).
NO Kitchen Facilities, refrigeration, stove, or ovens are NOT available with rental. A wet sink with hot/cold water is available in rental room for the convenience of the renter. A private handicapped entry and a handicapped restroom is available in the rental area. The Conference Room is air conditioned.
The room is set up for seventy-two individuals which consists of 9 round tables that seat eight. 84” inch diameter tablecloths will be needed for all round tables. There is a 10 ft. long buffet table, and available upon request 8 ft. long tables. One 108” inch long tablecloths are needed for these tables. All tables and chairs must be returned to their original location or a reset up fee will be deducted from your deposit.
Renter is responsible for disposal of all decorations and all food or beverage items provided by the renter, in the dumpster in front of the Community Center. HPSD staff person on duty will sweep the rental area following completion of rental.
NO GLITTER, NO CONFETTI, NO CANDLES (OPEN FLAMES) ARE ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL AREA. NO TAPE ON EXTERIOR DOORS WINDOWS OR WALLS. An easel is available upon request for any signage.
The door between the Busz Conference Room and Museum is closed at all timed during the rental.
Museum tours and Gift Shop purchases are available upon request to HPSD staff person on duty.

- You will then need to make an appointment or stop in during work hours to sign the contract and pay your deposit to validate your rental and to show you the facilities
