All data collected by the Old Mill Museum is ONLY for our use. We will keep you informed of Events, contact you of changes in an event & reach out to you if issues should arise with your registration.

A $5.00 fee to cover shirt cost must be paid at time of registration to be considered registered, for free shirt!
After shirt deadline, you may register for free, but no shirt.

If registering multiple children, please fill out separate forms, But you only need to make one payment for the total amount, IE. 3 Children = $15.00
It will be REFUNDED at derby registration table when picking up your packet.
